Rachel is a Conveyancer currently studying towards the Licensed Conveyancing module accredited by the Council of Licensed Conveyancers.
Rachel has 11 years’ experience in the legal sector with 9 years’ particular experience in Conveyancing. Prior to this Rachel has many years of experience working in different areas of Customer Services.
Rachel joined the Residential Conveyancing team at Ellis-Fermor & Negus in 2019 and deals particularly in the areas of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, Help to Buy schemes, Transfers of Equity/Ownership, Right to Buy and New Build properties.
Originally from Berkshire, Rachel moved to Derbyshire in 1998. She has two grown up children.
