Bethan Duckworth joined our Belper Residential Property team in July 2023 as a Conveyancer. Bethan has worked in the Residential Property sector for over 5 years and is currently part way through her studies towards the Licensed Conveyancing Module accredited by the Council of Licensed Conveyancers. Bethan hopes to complete her qualification over the next 2 years.
Bethan has gained extensive experience working at busy local legal forms, specialising in a range of residential matters. Bethan can assist with both registered and unregistered sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new build properties, help to buy redemptions and right to buys.
Bethan understands that buying or selling a property can be stressful for clients and therefore aims to provide a friendly and professional approach to ensure that all of her clients receive excellent communication, support and overall the best service throughout all stages of their transaction.
Outside of work, Bethan is renovating her home and enjoys socialising with friends and family and going for a run.
