Andrea joined Ellis-Fermor and Negus in September 2021 as our part time HR Manager. She works with staff and managers on all aspects of HR including recruitment and retention, wellbeing, absence management, policy development and administration.
Andrea has worked in HR for over 30 years, primarily in Local Government and the Not-for-Profit Sector. Prior to joining Ellis-Fermor & Negus, Andrea was the HR Director for a large charity in Nottinghamshire
Andrea has two adult sons. She attends the Kings Church in Arnold and is Trustee of the Jericho Road Project. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, planning holidays, travelling and relaxing with an occasional spa day.
