Ellis-Fermor & Negus are very happy to welcome Corporate Solicitor, Charlotte Stojak, to the Long Eaton office.
Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and has worked at large national and regional firms as well as for one of the UK’s biggest firm of accountants in their corporate team, gaining invaluable experience and exposure both sides of the corporate world.
Charlotte’s area of specialism is Corporate Law. She has represented a wide range of business and corporate clients, advising local, regional, national and international clients. Charlotte particularly enjoys working with owner managed companies and prides herself on getting to know her clients and the companies she is acting for.
Charlotte has been involved on a number of large corporate transactions in recent years including acting in the acquisition and sale of a range of companies valued between £500,000 to £25 million. She has experience in acting in management buy outs and buy ins together with advising on restructuring, shareholders agreements and succession planning.
A keen horsewoman (as several EFN staff members are) Charlotte is also married with two young children.

Charlotte will work alongside current Head of Department, Murray Macnab and Chartered Legal Executive Jennifer Geary.
