Experienced Conveyancer, Kim Favill, to Join Belper Office

We are pleased to announce that residential conveyancing specialist, Kim Favill, will be joining our Belper office on 4 January 2017.

Kim comes to us from PBS Solicitors in Belper (previously Pyms), but before that worked with Nelsons and Flint Bishop in Derby.

Head of our conveyancing team in Belper, Richard Whiteley, says ‘I have known Kim for the best part of 15 years. She is a very experienced lawyer, and what she doesn’t know about residential property law isn’t worth knowing!’

With Kim’s addition, our conveyancing team in Belper has now trebled in size since the office was first opened in 2011. Richard Whiteley says ‘I think the success of our conveyancing service in Belper is down to offering a client-focused, personalised approach to conveyancing. This is unlike the call centre large team-type approach of some of the more remote national conveyancing companies, and it allows us to be more flexible and treat each matter more individually. Kim will be a good fit in to this set-up, and we are very much looking forward to her arrival.’

Kim adds ‘I’m delighted to be joining the team at Ellis-Fermor & Negus in the New Year. Belper is a great place to be.’
