Rachel is a Conveyancer currently studying towards the Licensed Conveyancing module accredited by the Council of Licensed Conveyancers.

Rachel has 7 years’ experience in the legal sector with 5 years’ particular experience in Conveyancing. Prior to this Rachel has many years of experience working in different areas of Customer Services.

Rachel joined the Residential Conveyancing team at Ellis-Fermor & Negus in 2019 and deals particularly in the areas of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, Help to Buy schemes, Transfers of Equity/Ownership, Right to Buy and New Build properties.

Originally from Berkshire, Rachel moved to Derbyshire in 1998.

‘I have two teenagers aged 19 and 16 and I am a single mum, trying to prove at the grand old age of 44 that I can study and work full time and keep my house in shape!’

Outside of work Rachel enjoys learning Ballroom and Latin dancing, which is on pause for the time being while she recovers from an ankle injury.
