Emily Baxter is a Paralegal in Commercial Property at our Belper Office.

Emily first joined Ellis-Fermor & Negus as an administrator for the Residential Property Department October 2020. Since then Emily moved to the Commercial Property Department at our Belper office where she is currently working as a Paralegal.

Alongside working at Ellis-Fermor & Negus, Emily is also studying a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree with the Open University. Her main areas of expertise are in sales, purchases and transfers of properties and land, both for individuals and small companies, along with auction sales and purchases.

Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking her puppy on walks around our local park. She also enjoys reading mystery novels and trying to solve mysteries.
