Hannah has been part of the Residential Conveyancing Department at Ellis-Fermor & Negus since 2014 when she originally joined the team as a Secretary. In 2017 Hannah began studying towards a CILEx qualification and has gained experience in assisting clients with the process of buying and selling property. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of the conveyancing department and helping people move house, during what is sometimes a stressful but also exciting time.

Hannah’s main areas of work include: sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of property, registered and unregistered land, right to buy and buy to let properties.

Hannah lives locally in Long Eaton with her boyfriend and their 2 recently adopted cats. Hannah enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, crafts and spending time outdoors. She also runs a local Girlguiding Rainbows unit.
