Shauna has nine years’ experience handling both commercial and residential property transactions, specialising in buy-to-let sales and purchases. She has a degree in Law from the University of Nottingham (2008-2011), became a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2015 and formally qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in February 2018.

Shauna has been part of the Commercial Property Department at our Beeston office throughout her training and now as a qualified Legal Executive. She has dealt with a wide range of matters including property sales, property purchases, land purchases, management agreements, business transfers, commercial leases and residential lease extensions during this time. She is now a Senior Chartered Legal Executive in the team.
