As a growing firm, we aim to recruit trainee solicitors each year. We seek individuals who share our ethos and who are looking for a challenging career with a well respected firm.
Our aim is to retain all our trainees for a full career and the fact that a number of our Partners trained with the firm is clear evidence of our commitment to this policy.
During your training you would be given a great deal of support, plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to experience a wide range of work across our offices in the East Midlands.
On qualification we would seek to accommodate you in a role that would appeal to you, suit your individual skills and give you the opportunity to pursue a great career with the firm.
We encourage our trainees to play a full part in the life of the firm and in line with our commitment to the community, we support those of our trainees who volunteer to spend time on projects overseas, which are aimed at assisting people who might otherwise find obtaining justice a problem.
